Drawing Ticket Sales.
  1. When will the drawing take place? On Family Night, Friday, May 6, 2011.
  2. Do I need to be present to win? No. Just as long as you provide your name and phone number on the back of the drawing ticket, so be sure to do so when submitting the tickets for each prize. We will contact you after the event.
  3. Where can I purchase drawing tickets? Tickets are on sale now.  Ask your teacher where to purchase tickets, and consult the Ticket Sales page for details. 
  4. The site is a great online resource, but is there a document that has a complete listing of the prizes?  Yes, feel free to download these two documents:
    The 2011 Wilson Preschool Drawing Prize Guide.  The prize guide is a 45-page document that covers each prize in detail, plus many more.
    The 2011 Ticket Sales Flyer.      The Ticket Sales Flyer is a 2-page document that details the guidelines for ticket sales and comes with a quick reference prize list.

Donations
  1. When is the deadline to submit all donations/gifts? March 25, 2011.  Also check the Are You Ready page for other pertinent dates.
  2. I'd like to solicit donations from some of the businesses I frequent. Is there a document or letter that I can provide the business to help me in gathering gifts? Yes. To help you in requests for donations, you can download and print the donation request letter (PDF) from Wilson Preschool. We found that most businesses are familiar with donation requests, so feel free to approach the business with the donation request letter, explain the cause, the pertinent dates, point them to this website, and/or let them know that their business has a potential to reach approximately 250 families registered to the school.
  3. I have a donation.  How do I submit it?  Click here for details on how to submit your donation.  Feel free to download and complete the Donation Submittal Form (PDF) to submit your donation.
  4. I'd like to make a donation on behalf of my business and wanted to know more about Wilson Preschool.  What is the population like in Wilson Preschool?  There are thirteen classes with 250 families with children from toddler to five year olds from the city of Santa Clara and surrounding areas.
